Base Layers

Base layers are ideal in cooler weather and act as a layer of insulation between you and your jersey. Paired with a short sleeve standard weight jersey, a base layer adds comfort to a ride that starts cool and ends a bit warmer. When worn with a long sleeve jersey and a vest or outer shell a good base layer helps trap heat against the body while you ride.
